Air Duct Priority Mail Assistant is used only by Air Duct Priority to organize its own connected Gmail mailbox. This policy explains how the assistant handles Google user data.
Google data we access
With your permission, the assistant uses Gmail access to retrieve message metadata and content needed to display recent Primary Inbox threads, create short summaries, identify possible follow-ups, and show user-requested attachments. Opening a conversation marks it read. Only after your separate confirmation, it can send a reply, move a conversation to Trash, mark it as Spam, or mark it unread. A left-swipe action first marks a conversation as Spam and then moves it to Trash after confirmation. It never permanently deletes Gmail messages.
How we use and store data
Mail data is used solely to provide the mailbox review and reminder features in this application. Limited message data, summaries, and internal workflow status may be stored in the application database so the assistant can show your mailbox and reminders. Data is not sold, rented, or used for advertising.
Sharing and AI processing
We do not share Google user data with third parties except service providers needed to operate the application, including secure cloud hosting and an AI service used to generate summaries when that feature is requested. Google user data is never used to train generalized AI models or for advertising.
Your choices
You can disconnect a mailbox in Mail Assistant at any time and can revoke this application's Google account access in your Google Account security settings. To request deletion of stored assistant data, contact us at airductpriority@gmail.com.
