Air Duct Priority Mail Assistant is a private internal tool for Air Duct Priority. By connecting a Gmail mailbox, you authorize the application to use Gmail data solely for mailbox review, summaries, internal follow-up reminders, and user-confirmed Gmail actions.
User-confirmed Gmail actions
The assistant can send a reply, move a conversation to Trash, mark it as Spam, or mark it unread when you explicitly choose the action. Sending, Trash, Spam, and the left-swipe Spam + Trash action require confirmation. Opening a conversation marks it read. It does not permanently delete messages or send email automatically. It is not a replacement for Gmail, professional legal, financial, or security advice, or your own review of messages and deadlines.
Your responsibility
You are responsible for the Gmail account you connect, the accuracy of any AI-generated summary, and all decisions made from information shown by the application.
Changes and termination
We may update or discontinue the assistant. You may stop using it at any time by disconnecting the mailbox and revoking its Google account access.
