What the assistant does

Air Duct Priority Mail Assistant is an internal workspace for authorized Air Duct Priority staff. It helps review recent business Gmail conversations, identify messages that may need attention, and create short on-demand summaries for follow-up.

How it uses Gmail data

When an authorized user connects a Gmail mailbox, the assistant uses Gmail access to retrieve message content and metadata needed to show recent Primary inbox conversations and generate summaries. At the user's explicit request, it can send a reply, add an ADP label, archive a conversation, move it to Trash, mark it as Spam, or change read state. Spam, Trash, Promotions, Updates, Social, and Forums messages are excluded from the inbox view.

The assistant never sends or changes Gmail automatically: each action is initiated and confirmed by the user. “Move to Trash” is recoverable in Gmail; the assistant does not permanently delete mail. It does not use Gmail data for advertising or sell Gmail data.

Who this is for

This page is public so users can understand the OAuth connection. The Mail Assistant is operated by Air Duct Priority for its authorized staff and is separate from the company calendar application.
